Delivery & returns

Deadlines:

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Order preparation time may vary depending on the period.

Our tattoos are shipped by postal letter, you receive them in your mailbox. You can also choose delivery to a relay point.

Deliveries to mainland France:

For home delivery in metropolitan France, allow between 48 and 72 hours of transit depending on postal delivery times. For delivery to a relay point, allow an average of 3 to 5 working days depending on Mondial Relay or parcel relay.

Delivery to Europe and DOM-TOM

For home delivery in the French overseas departments and territories and in Europe outside mainland France, allow between 4 and 5 days of transit depending on postal delivery times. We do not offer delivery to a relay point outside mainland France.

Prices:

Delivery is free from 30 euros of purchase including tax for mainland France (letter or parcel relay) and Europe (letter only).

Return:

Changed your mind? No problem.

The legal minimum is 14 days to return an item in its original condition. For your convenience, Tattwo.me has extended this period to 30 days.

If an item does not suit you, you can return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. You can opt for a refund, an exchange (under conditions) or a credit.

If you received a quantity discount when placing your order, the refund price will be calculated as the difference between your initial order and the price of the same order without the returned items (the quantity discount applied to the entire order being different).

Here are the 3 possible types of returns:

1. Refund: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility of obtaining a refund. Refunds are processed within an average of 10 working days following the receipt of your return by us.

2. Exchange: You have the possibility to exchange your tattoo for another one of the same price, subject to availability. The exchanged tattoo will be shipped upon receipt and processing of your return by us.

3. Credit: You can opt for a credit for the amount of your purchase, usable for a future purchase on our website, valid for 6 months. The credit will be issued upon receipt and processing of your return by us.

Whatever the type of return desired, the return costs are your responsibility (stamped envelope and tracking).

• Your order number (indicated in your customer account and your order confirmation email),
• for security, your delivery postal code.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, new, unused. Reimbursement cannot be made if your return does not comply with these conditions.
